Sure. Don't use frames, and don't use redirects. 😃
But, more seriously, you'll need to give more details about the issue. How the session is started in the first place, perhaps. How does the options menu work? Anchor links, or some fancy javascript window.url call?
Where are you redirecting to? A different server? A different subdomain? What about the session cookie, or is your server passing the SESSID via the query string? Or, perhaps you should just have it do that to fix the issue; it might work, y'know....
So many possibilities I can see, from out here....sorry I'm not more helpful....
