Displaying whole row from a table as raw text

Hi all, I am slowly learning php/mysql and have run into a small problem and i was hoping one of you would be able to help me 🙂.
I have a table setup like the following

member_id   	  updated   	  field_1
	1 	0 	STEAM_0:0:1234567
	2 	0 	STEAM_0:1:7658158
	3 	0 	STEAM_0:1:4334435
	4 	0 	STEAM_0:0:2332344

I was wondering what i need to do to grab the full column of data from field_1 so its outputted as raw data such as
STEAM_0:0:1234567
STEAM_0:1:7658158
STEAM_0:1:4334435
STEAM_0:0:2332344

Not too sure if alot is needed to be done and i have had a look around but hoping someone could help me with this specific issue 🙂.

print implode(":",array_values($row));

Also look at print_r
