Contentmanager for a video site

Hi!

I'm about to start a video site. Users should be able to upload videos and share them with others. Each uploaded video should have its own site, with some infos about the video.
Is there some contentmanager with these functions?What would you recommend?

I looked around but I couldn't find anything that looked promising 🙁
I think the best solution is to make it all yourself or to hire somebody to do it. This forum and ozzu.com are good places to look for freelance coders.
