[RESOLVED] Strange dynamic URL issue ??!

Hi All,

I've done this many times before, but something weird is wrong here.

I have the url stored in the db as "AstronomyAbstracts.html" and the php for the echo is:

<?php echo '<a href=\"../' . $Abstract . '\">Read Abstract</a>'; ?>

But the url I get is:

http://www.ideachannel.com/Category/%5C%22../AstronomyAbstracts.html%5C%22

But it should read:

http://www.ideachannel.com/AstronomyAbstracts.html

Why ???

Am I missing something rather simple here?

Never mind... I resolved it.

I used single quotes vs. double. I am still trying to get that one right.
