Cleanest way to decode UTF-8 mail subject?

Hi,

I'm getting these types of mail subjects sometimes:

=?utf-8?Q?test/=D1=82=D0=B5=D1=81=D1=82?=

Can't seem to find any functions that automagically clean this into UTF8 characters - any hints?

NM got it. Compile PHP with the --with-mbstring and use the mb_ decoding functions. Hope it helps someone along the way
