Php watermark script with embossed look

Hello Everybody,

I needed your help in writing a function to watermark image. The watermark on the image should be filled with the background image colors and should be slighlty embossed.

I am attaching the sample image which I found on the web with a similar watermark. If anybody can help me, it would make my living.

You need to read [man]image[/man] and [man]imagecreatefrompng[/man], [man]imagecopyresampled[/man] etc....
