link tracker thingy

I want to track links like if someone goes to
http://www.mysite.com/click.php?to=google.com&from=jibjab.com

when they go it ads them to a db and then redirects them to the TO site.
This is the code i have for the click.php

then redirect to $to

I dont know php at all i know just a little. Is any of that rite. And could someone help me finish this?

Change "then redirect to $to" to

header("Location: $to");

Also, why do you have curly brackets at the beginning and end without a function? Take those out.

You have misspelled "$clik" in your while loop/echo statement as the array name. Don't you mean to use: $click (with a "ck")

You may also want to test to see if: $GET['to'] AND $GET['from'], are set...

Can you restate your question please??

Like lets say i have something like this:

$bob=Sellect from blab blab blab blab
$adress= ($bob - http:// and www. if found)

so i wanna take an adress and remove or strip it of the http:// and the www. if found

you could do a str_replace (http://au.php.net/str_replace), where you replace the www. with an empty string ("") and/or the http:// with an empty string. THat is probably the easiest to code.

2. I dislike manuals im more of Fuck it up fix it lter but knowing where the manual is mite help.
