complete db design. anyone have some time to look at this?

I have a text file with a complete db design, a word document explaining what i'm trying to do, and an image showing the relationship diagram.
I did all this to help me design the php code better. I have the sql queries and very thing else written out.

I have 16 tables and the word doc is about 5 pages with 1 page of what i'm trying to do and the other pages wiht sql queries that i wrote.

Will some care to look at this for me please and tell me if im' on the right track ?
