How do I keep my table from being pushed down in IE when page is resized?

I am building a website using Drupal and when I resize a page using IE (6.02) my content is getting pushed... Is there any way I can make it function like it does in Firefox?

Any ideas on how I can get this to function withought the content getting pushed down? Even letting the right nav overlap would be better...

I've been playing with the CSS and still cannot get it working...

Try by fixing the markup errors in your HTML first, 284 of them! I'm suprised it shows up in any browser 🙂
