can someone help me with this, I have produced a php form and set up mysql database after filling in the form it should take you to a congrats page, this only works the first time, the second time i get an error Invalid query: Duplicate entry '--' for key 1
ther is a refresh on the pahe to take you to the home page but i am sure it has nothing to do with it
I have reset the database and it still happens. I am sure it is a simple solution but i am new to php and mysql
any help is very welcome
