Hi

I have this piece of code that replaces a space in %20

$html_text .= '<a href="'.$kennis_url.$cv_dir.str_replace(" ","%20",$row["vchCV1"]).'">Extern CV1 ('.$row["vchCV1Taal"].')</a><br>';

But i also want to replace the é to %E9 and the "'" to %20 in the same variabe

how can i do that

You might want to use [man]rawurlencode/man instead.
