URL Open Problems - Cannot access RSS feeds

Hi...

I am attempting to read RSS feeds from other sites to display the information on my website. I have used many scripts and classes that work on one of my websites, but not the other. I was wondering if anyone can help me explain why. The one it works on, I have no need to use it on. I would like to use it on the other.

I've tried everything I can think of...I can only come up with that there must be a problem with the php settings. I've included some links to both my sites (one of which is the phpinfo). Can anyone help here?

I take it you are sure that the firewall on your production server does allow you to make outgoing HTTP requests?

Try it from the command-line in the shell with wget (for example), or a web browser. If you can't get out from there, your app won't be able to either. Ask your network admin to reconfigure the firewall.
