The member list at PHP Builder is quite large and lists some 2500+ coders in USA. How can we identify:

Contracting: 4460 people are available for contract work. For Hire: 3536 people are available for full-time hire.
yeah...well ive never even seen that list. not exactly sure how it works either.
anyway, what i meant was that there are no jobs postings aloud on the board.

just because these people are available doesn't nescesarily mean you can contact them through this site. as i said in my original reply. this is NOT what this site is about.
