I am trying to install online community software on my server. For some reason the only page I can load is the index page. I installed it on my other server and it works fine. I'm trying to use software from PHPizabi.The index.php is encrypted and must be decoded with the inoncube loader. Index.php seems to be the only thing loading.

Each link loads another php page not an html page.
?L=register.register opens the file "yoursite"/pages/register/register.php
Its not even loading the scripts. I can delete them, and it doesn't even realize they're not there.
Is this a PHP problem? javascript? redirect?
