Watermarc/static background...

ok well iv put a background on my site

body {
background-image: url(back1.jpg);

and honestly iv not a clue how to make it static/watermark what ever u call it... basicaly for the background image to not move when u scroll up and down.

would anybody have a clue how to do this?
