Are your error settings allowing you to see all errors? Mainly when you get white pages, there are errors that PHP isn't outputting because you haven't told it to. Try doing error reporting E_ALL.

Unzip the archive and upload all files to your server maintaining directory structure.
Create a new DB named platv3.

mysql> create database platv3;
OR
If you have any existing database use that one at the time of installation.
OR
If you use CPANEL, you can add a database and user through the "MySQL DATABASES" menu.
how i do that?

Log into your hosting cPanel... scroll down until you see "MySQL Databases"... click that... Add a database and user. Add the user to the database... then install the program...

i have make a new database now install the script?
make a new table and the name: Create a new DB named platv3.

because i cant rename the database?

You have to have a database to connect to for the script to work. If you don't have a database already, then create a new one named "patv3".

Then, create a user, and attach that user to that database.

The script requires a database. If you didn't have one before, you need to make one and then re-install the script.

Have any of you tried to download member photos via ftp? I am trying to move my I-rater site to a server with a larger bandwidth plan. I-rater changes ownership of images to www-data and prevents you from being able to download images from the server you will get a privilage error.

Anyone have any experience in this? I really need to transfer my images and have no clue how to backup the image files.

Any assistance will be greatly appriciated. 😕
