I need assistance with my templete.php

I am having difficulties with this coding in line 48 and 49. It tells me this error.

What are you trying to do? Get the contents of your template into a string variable? Use [man]file_get_contents/man as it's faster...

You lost me. I used another source for the guideline. I believe that is what it is doing. Although I probably screwed up my coding. I'm learning php...and having fun screwing up. :-)

Hmm... well, let's do this. I've pointed out two lines (36, and 44) which deal with your error. How about on line 36, you remove the "@" symbol from in front of fopen() and allow it to show you errors. We'll work from there. I'm almost 100% positive that you're not opening the file right, or the path is wrong...

P.S. If you're looking for a good template parsing class (one that is really simple), I'd use the one on devshed.com: Building a Template Parsing Class. It really does a good job and even tells you what it's doing, and why.
