refresh entire database

hullo peeps.
My previous question:

was resolved - how to delete a table from a database and rewrite it again from a backup table.

Now I'm getting *****ious and I want to delete all the tables and replace them with backups.

But before creating digital havok and mayhem on poor mysql I thought I'd ask the experts on how to do it.

Would it be a similar job to delete the entire database and replace it with another?

Or is there something like: DELETE * TABLES....?

Ooh, it's scary stuff...!
