Ok. Here is the problem. I include a file include("http://localhost/bla.php?page=whatever"); and none of the variables used in the document FROM WICH i include that is available. What should i do? please help. 🙂

laserlight means the bit at the bottom of the page where it tells you about the difference between including a file using the local path and including it using a url - and this will apply even if it is the same server addressed by the url.
I don't want to bother anyone. But can you please tell me how exactly should I include the file? Please don't send me looking on another site. Instead of that, writing exactly the same number of characters you might as well explain me. 🙂 Thank you.
You would use: include 'bla.php';
