included menu overlapped

Hello,
I have an included menu on this site. I thought it would be a good idea due to the size of the site and how often a menu item is changed. How ever if the menu popups and comes in contact with a flash animation or a drop down box in a form the menu is overlapped by the drop down or flash?? here is an example

Does any one know why it does this?? and is there a way to fix it?? please let me know. Thanks!

It's not a php issue - it's a Flash thing. There is a way to deal with this problem but I don't know of any specific links to get you there...

drop down menu in a form overlaps the menu too

I don't see that happening...the form dropdown isn't big enough from what I see...post a screenshot regarding this...

That's probably a javascript issue but it could also be caused by the existence of Flash. It looks to me like you have some serious javascript and Flash debugging to deal with. Sorry...

Have you looked at CSS and layering? That's what it looks like to me. It looks like some items have a z-index that is higher than it should be. Try giving your pop-up menus a z-index of some rediculously high number, like 500.
