We are in desperate need of an enterprise-level PHP developer. All of the programmers we have used in the past have not been qualified. The one PHP developer we had who was qualified ended up not giving us any final products.
Does anyone know of a good place to search for an enterprise-level PHP/MySQL developer? Money isn't really an issue for us at this point.
This isn't a want ad, just a thread asking for guidance.
