I Have A Staff System And I Want Admins To Be Able To Modify The Site Via The Staff System, Any Ideas, I Would Appretiate A Tutorial.

If you are customizing something why don't you post some code to get things rolling. I'm not sure a tutorial is what you really want or will it do you any good.
