enctype="multipart/form-data" - variables

Hi, thanks in advance for any help.

How do you access varaibles from an HTML form that has it's form type as: enctype="multipart/form-data" ? I use this because in the 1 form i am doing 2 things:

1) Allowing the user to upload a file.
2) Allowing the user to fill in a field with their comments.

For files, use $FILES.
Otherwise, use either $POST or $GET (or $REQUEST if you have good reason to do so).
