Save/Open php Code

I have a web site with audio. What I need is when I click on the link or the mp3 audio, a window pops up like this one:

Asking me to save or open,
And not just to open the audio automatically.
I know that php coding is required but I know nothing about php, if anyone can help, I would appreciate a step by step, process if possible, because like I said I know nothing about php. I would really appreciate it! Thanks.

Well... it's a header that is sent. You just need to define which header to send. I'm not sure which one will give you an alert-box to save/open the file, but the function is:
[man]header/man

You can read the usernotes at the bottom to get some examples too.
