I am using mysql 4.0 which seems not to support utf-8 very well.
SO, I use window-1255 encoding.
The problem, some pages show Hebrew retrieved from db OK and some not.
What do I have to do?
I saved all the files as window 1255 encoded
I put a meta for window 1255
Is there somthing else?
Or mybee a better idea?
