Hi...
I am working on a website (using a webbuilder) where users 'Register' using a 'Form' that 'Creates and Enters their data' into a 'database table (Mysql+php)'.

Problem: 'Table Search' facility not working as I would like...I Need to achieve the following...!!

I want my webiste users to be able to search for other "registered" users by doing a search using multiple fields.
...ie search by "age", "location", "??", "??",.....

Any advice please on where to get coding/program to do it...how to do it.. !!

Create your search form with any fields you want to search on.

You select statement should then use a series of 'OR's.

select * from your_table where age = '$age' OR location = '$location' OR .......

Thank you for replying...To be honest I am totally new to this....but determined....I can do basic website in html...but php/mysql straight over my head...at the moment anyway !! .... I dont suppose you would have (or point me in direction) an example code of how to create the 'search form'...havent come across one...yet !!

I have a host with mysql and php...and have constructed a 'form' that 'creates and enters data in to a table'...but cant get the 'search form' working correctly (just to let you know what Im doing)...Thanks again
