I'm sure this has been asked several times, but I could not find a thread about it. I need an include at the very beginning of every page to query the mysql database or it comes up with the "headers already sent" error. The only problem is that this has to come before the document type html lines which cause IE to go into quirks mode.
I would also like to keep output buffering turned off.
