Mysql5, PhpMyAdmin

Hi,

Whenever i try to access Mysql5 through PhpMyAdmin, system becomes too slow or almost hang. PhpMyAdmin was working fine with Mysql4.0.

Though i am able to access Mysql5 databases with Mysql front.

What may be the probable cause.
