Explanation For Error mysql_numrows():

I had this same problem when querying the database with mysql_Numrows():, returns an error of supplied argument is not valid. For those of you that need a clear explaination of the syntax useage.

What? Have you got a question or something? You do realise that is part of the C api documentation, not php?

i assume that are refering to the PHP fucntion [man]mysql_num_rows[/man]? if so use [man]mysql_error[/man] to see if/why your query is failing.

Ok I keep getting the error:

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\My Web Sites\database.php on line 208.

Not sure why.

If I post the code would someone mind taking a look at it.
