running encoded files without a loader

Is there a way to encode php files and have them run without a loader? I want my script to be available to anyone but without having to install additional software.

I've tried to look for something like it, but haven't find it.
I think the best option would be Zend's Safe Guard /Encoder but you still have to install some things on the server.
I think it's logical because you need a parser to unencode your files.
If you find something that meets your needs please let me know!
