Complex query question

Hi all
i break my head tring to make a query that will order my results by number of fields that are not none

to demonstrate:
i have a table with 4 fields: phone,fax,email,url

row 1 have all 4 fields with data (phone,fax,email,url)
row 2 have only 2 fields with data (fax,email)
row 3 have 3 fields with data (phone,email,url)
and row 4 have only 1 field with data (phone)

the results order should be:
1
3
2
4

how do i make this query?

In SQL, the CASE statement acts like a function that returns a value.

So something like this should do what you want:

ORDER BY
CASE isnull(phone) THEN 0 ELSE 1 END +
CASE isnull(fax) THEN 0 ELSE 1 END +
CASE isnull(email) THEN 0 ELSE 1 END +
CASE isnull(usr) THEN 0 ELSE 1 END

i don't understand how that should work?
it's not ordering nothing just showing 0 results
