allow page loading in an iframe only

hello,
i have a page (frame.php) that is loaded in an iframe of another page.

now i want to disallow that frame.php is loaded in the browser without the mother-page.

i know there is the javascript solution, but in case someone turns that off, i want to add a php solution as well.

i was thinking that this problem is solveable using sessions, but i have never used them before, so maybe someone can help me with this?

I use this wee snippet - replace THIS_PAGE and PARENT_PAGE with your own file names:

/* prevent orphaned page */

$page = basename($REQUEST_URI);
if ($page == 'THIS_PAGE.php')
{ header("Location: PARENT_PAGE.php");}   

?>

This may help a bit or give you a start - I use this wee snippet to prevent an orphaned page but it redirects to the index page. If you try redirecting to the iframe page you'll get an infinite loop. Replace THIS_PAGE with your own file name:

if ($page == 'THIS_PAGE.php')
{ header("Location: index.php");}

yepp, i tried a similar script already, but as you say, it leads to an infinite loop. :/
