Simple script request

I'm an absolutely useless programmer wha can make head nor tail of the mysteries of sql and php. However I do know how to manipulate phpadmin and I can use the free scripts I find around the web.

My request should be a piece of cake for you people: I can't find a simple, simple basic, absolutely bottom-of-the-range news poster.

All I want is a control panel that says
Add post
Delete post

When you click on "add post" you get a text box that you can write your news in. Under that are two buttons
Add image [little text box]
Go!

If you click "add image" you get to browse your hard disk for a file whose name then appears in the [little text box]. When you click Go! The text you have typed and the image, if you have selected one, upload to your database.

On the php web page will be a field, say 300 by 500 pixels which displays the image, centered with the text under it.

That's it! New posts go above old ones perhaps... not important!

I absolutely don't want readers to be able to comment, I don't want to password protect the page... erm... I don't want any other bells or whistles at all! I just want to post a pic and a text and then later delete posts from my console. IS IT POSSIBLE? It must be! But I can't find it anywhere!!

I'd be so grateful for any help I can get.

This is a place to get help with your code, not to have people write code for you. You might want to look at hiring someone, or keep searching.

Yes I guessed that.... I wasn't hoping you'd write it for me... just give me an idea where I might find it. I mean... write it for me if you like.. ha ha.
See I really want a simple news posting script. I can't write it myself because I absolutely can not understand how php and mysql work - the simulaneity of ideas that has to be grasped is beyond me. I've abandoned trying to write stuff and just use what I find on the web BUT nothing as simple as what I requestedhere seems to exist. ANY IDEAS??

I probably can't understand how it works because there's nothing simple out there for me to learn from!! Go on... give me a start by telling me how to do this really simple thing! I'll love you forever.
