[RESOLVED] Change php includes without a refresh?

I have a site with php nav-
(ie when you press a button it goes to index.php?p=page) n in one corner of index.php i have a little flash jukebox. Now when a song is started i want it to keep on playing no matter what page the user is on, so what i need to do is navigate without refreshing the index page everytime i want to call up a new include, can it be done in php?

Not really..
Although there is this thing called AJAX, which combines java and XML to create this experience, where data is refreshed, without a full reload.

Yea I looked at that, but Java isnt ideal for a navigation system because ppl might not have it enabled right? Eh nevermind I had a feeling it wasnt possible cuz Ive never seen it done outside of flash sites.
