Hey

I been task with creating a kind of data miner for our internal website here at work, but i keep running my head in the wall, so i was wondering if anyone has had experiance with such a thing before or if there are any samples out there.

What i need is something that can select several fields from several different tables and then sort them in whatever order the user, with his infined knowledge think is best.

We accomplised this in MySql by allowing users to select tables and fields they want and that we then place in a user oriented temporary table for them to select and sort from. The temporary table is deleted at the end of the session.
