I am in a bit of a pickle with time constraints on a project. Basically I am transferring a system from asp to php adding new features along the way. My problem is that a forum is needed.
The old forum want nothing fancy, just a forum, no private messaging, no statistics at the bottom, not even a user control panel.
Now, so far i have a working member database with session auth. A PM system which goes far beyond what phpbb and alike can offer and i am about 80% done with the rest of the system.
I need a 'developers' version of a forum, if you get my meaning. One which is basically the engine to display a forum and u enter your own auth / user ident routines to get it to work.
Any ideas? I would not normally ask, but got some exams coming up and some bits of the project have overran due to communication problems between me and my supervisor, mainly due to an unscheduled holiday on his part!
