MySQl Database Backup

Hi everybody!
I was wondering how I could manage to make backups of my database daily. I obviously need a free tool. I have tried MySQL Administrator which seems to have all the functions that I need but the problem is that it runs in MySQL 4.0>. I use 3.23 and I don't want to upgrade. Is there any other tool for doing that? Please note that I needa tool that can take backups using scheduling (for instance it will run every day at 24.00).

use cron to run mysqldump.

Command Line in Windows. Create a Batch file to Copy the 3 DB Files- myi, frm, myd.

I simply copy these files to another folder, and then run the daily backup to tape, or on some other servers to the external HDD.

And yes, you just run this .bat file in your scheduler. Works great for me.
