Yes... it's on the front-page. Hard to find, but it's there: News Linking and RSS
Shame it's not just using external.php to deliver everything and put the little orange symbol up

That feed was up long before vbulletin had an rss feature.
Any chance of implementing vBulletin RSS or no?
