Rendering index "form" as invisable?

Hi, does anyone know how I can render/wrap a search form code as invisable to search engines?

The trouble i am finding is that when I run search engine simulators, they bring up all of the internal values of the search as text on the page, as below,

Internal values or hidden text on the generated html?

It is a premade search form on the Index/Homepage. There are drop down choices within it and each of the choices show when I run any search engine simulator test. (as these choices are mainly numbers, I would rather they not show.

Maybe you do not need to use 'follow' in the header in meta tags, if all relevant search info is exatly defined.
