Is there any way that I can get the following result all over the website?:

CURRENT: http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?dothis&that=10
I WANT: http://www.mydomain.com/index.php

I hope I was able to ask it right.

Yes.
Use POST to pass your variables from the form not GET
