Apache Problem

HELLO,

I have tried to install the APACHE server but i get this error message.

First, "only one usage of each socket address...."

and Secondly that The sytem cannot find the file specified. No installed service name Apache2.

In Control Panel -> Services there is NO APACHE ON the LIST....how weird is that?

btw there is not IIS in the list as well...so this is not the problem

How did you install Apache? Did you do the windows installer, or the zip-file?

The reason that you get the first error is that you have some other program using the socket already. Not sure what it is, but you may have to change Apache to listen on port 81 or something...
