Hi.I know little to nothing about php.I am wondering if anyone know a good tutorial on building a php socket server.Reason I ask is I have a chat client mad in flash mx2004 that I need a socket server for right now anything over 20 users and the thing just runs sloooooow.I need support for at least 500 people.I found two online Unity2 and Electroserver,but sheesh them things are over a grand each.Far beyond my budget.
