There are many mortgage calculators online, free or commercial. Javascript samples etc.

But it should be simple to write our own with php, all we need are the math formulas. With the calculator written by ourselves, it is easy to format.

Any one where I can get math formulas for some popular used mortgage calculators?

Or some php mortgage calculators with math formula clearly set up that I can use to write my own php mortgage calculators?
