What does it take to create a forum on a website. Any help I would greatly appriciate. Also how would I put flash games onto my site like pac man?.

Well, embedding flash is an HTML thing, and any "good" HTML editor will have the embed and object tags pre-made so you just point to the file. Macromedia (creators of Flash & Shockwave) go into detail as to how to embed your media.

Creating a forum is as easy as:
1.) Download the software
[indent]

phpBB
Simple Machines Forum (SMF)

You can view them as demos here:

2.) Upload to your server
3.) Follow install instructions bundled with software
