It doesn't look like you are getting much response to your posting.
I don't have a solution for you, but I do have a couple of suggestions.
First, since you say you think the problem is with PayPay, why don't you contact PayPal tech support and see if they can give you a solution.
Second, you said the code was in 4 files. How could you possibly think anyone here could help you without seeing your code.
If your 4 files are too large to post, you can zip them up and post them as an attachment.
Then, if anyone wants to try and help you they can download the zip file and look at your code and see if they can find any errors. I don't think anyone would be able to give you any kind of meaningful suggestion without seeing your code.
Another suggestion would be to do a Google search on "PHP and PayPal" and see what you come up with. You are probably not the first person to have such a problem and you might find some useful information by doing a search.
You might also find a shopping cart program you could download and either study the code to see if it would help you fix yours or modify the one you download and use it instead of the one you are currently trying to use.
