What is the difference between those and Mysql and Debian (or Fedora)?
Basically what I would like to know, can you achieve in PHP and Mysql whatever these two can do? From terminals in a network standpoint. And still have a web interface on some aspects.
Many years ago, when I had no idea about programming, my business was being ran by those 2. Now that my strength is in PHP and Mysql, I am trying to determine which is the best route to go.
