Code test / help please

Had a code done for my forum and I'm told it doesn't work from most countries especially North America and European countries. Can anyone please test to see if you get a different welcome message if you login from a North American or European country.

i didnt get any different message than the normal vbulletin one. whats supposed to happen

I had the same thing, could not read any posts but did see a welcome message at the top of the forums.
