flam player similar stuff needed

Hello,

You all know flam player, how you can upload music and then have someone just play it and not download it!,

well can you do that with files? Can you create a Flash with php, mysql, etc that can view files and open up files such as Word, EXCEL, PDF, and JPEG and not be downloadable or editable?

so its kinda like flam player.....only for files such as word, excel, pdf, and jpeg

challenges:

1. will all have to be one format, like flam: like pdf, or jpeg
2. is there something out there already
