Needing a little help withthis.
I'm developing a modification too the php's built in syntax highlight system, http://standards.spiralmindsinc.com/Projects/Code_Highlight/ The problem is it adds URL's within strings - something I don't want it to do and despite my best efforts to stop it it does so none the less.
Anyone have any solution too this?

Why not post some code? It is hard to tell without code.
Either way look into RegEX It may help.
