I want to write a code so that when somone sends a email to say [e-mail] its saved and into a database, this way when i admin logs onto the website they can see this info in my database.

Can this be done and if so how?

If your mailserver is a linux box, I know a way you can yes. Write a php or perl shell script. Use a procmail recipe to filter incoming email to that address to be piped into that shell script for parsing and insertion into the database.

If you don't know anything about procmail, good luck. 🙂

Heh, you don't seem to understand... it goes beyond PHP. Filtering incoming email starts dipping into writing custom scripts for your mail daemon, whether it be on a global or user by user basis. You have to be fairly familliar with how your OS handles incoming mail and aware of any other filters that are in place, so no... it's not really something anyone can write for you.
